Disclaimer:

1. Eligibility: The Diehl Auto Concert Ticket Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of Pennsylvania and Ohio who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Diehl Auto, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter: To enter the Giveaway, participants must fill out ALL fields on the Diehl Ticket Giveaway Entry Page. Limit one (1) entry per person. Additional entries will be disqualified.

3. Winner Selection: One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about the time mentioned in the contest by Diehl Auto, whose decisions are final and binding.

4. Prize: The winner will receive two tickets to the named concert. The prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted.

5. Notification of Winner: The potential winner will be notified via email or phone within 1 day of the drawing. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within two days, or declines the prize, Diehl Auto reserves the right to select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

6. Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to Diehl Auto’s use of their name, likeness, photograph, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

7. General Conditions: Diehl Auto reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by Diehl Auto in its sole discretion.

8. Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Diehl Auto, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or relating to participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

9. Governing Law: The Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the state and local laws, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
