I just purchased a 2025 Toyota Crown from Diehl Toyota of Butler. Just went to look and from the moment I walked in, Steve Tynan our sales consultant and the rest of the team. Were professional, patient, and genuinely helpful. The entire process was stress-free. The very first time I left a dealership feeling like I got the best deal possible. If you're planning on just going to look, Ask for Steve Tynan and before you know it. You'll be smiling driving a new Toyota home.

I am so impressed!! I responded to an add on FB regarding being interested in a Toyota. I got a response from Jeff Rossiter and he was willing to set up an appointment. My husband was in the hospital at the time so he said he would call me the following week. And he did!! When I spoke to him my husband was just coming out of surgery from having his pacemaker replaced. He said he would call me the following week. And he did and we met with Jeff and he listened to what I wanted, spoke with the manager and they found what I wanted that was to be built for another dealer the first of April. They managed to assign the Highlander I wanted to their dealership by making a trade. Hopefully I will have my Highlander by May! Jeff was AWESOME! He’s down to earth and really works for the customer! This will be the second car I’ve purchased from this dealership! Thank you for making my purchase so special and easy!

I like to wait and process before I write reviews so I bought my car 2026 Toyota Corolla at the end of December 2025 literally the last weekend before the new year from Diehl Toyota of Butler and I'm so glad I did great car great price and David Kauffman was truly amazing to work with not only did he take a month of his time to help us make sure everything was good to go he also went above and beyond during the actual buying appointment. 10 out 10 do I recommend Diehl Toyota of Butler but when you go in do yourself a favor and ask to work with David you won't regret that decision! He was able to work with finance to get us a car that met all of our needs not just the car itself but the financial side also! I honestly can't thank him enough for giving us back some freedom for our family! Ps. The crew they have in the detail mechanic area are amazing also the car was freshly detailed and having had this done at other dealerships in the past I can honestly say Diehl Toyota of Butler does it right!

Can’t say enough about the staff at Diehl. Return phone calls and always polite and friendly. Did not feel I was being treated by car people but by helpful staff. Recommend people try out Diehl and hopefully will feel the same.

Salesman Chris Lascuola was knowledgeable and open about the pricing, availability and delivery times for the 2026 Toyota RAV4 I wanted to order. I have purchased new and used Toyotas from Diehl multiple times in the last 10-11 years and I have always been pleased with their friendliness and honesty during the process of purchasing a car. And after receiving my new Toyota, their service department has always been top notch and easy to work with. All in all a great dealership.

This will be my 3rd vehicle purchase from Diehl. I have never had a bad experience. Everyone is always friendly. My salesman Dave listened to what I wanted..was never pushy at all. It was another pleasant experience and would highly recommend Diehl !!!!

He takes his time and patience with everyone, including with someone like me that takes their time to figure out the type of vehicle they want. He was such a pleasure to work with. I had a great, easy and efficient experience at Diehl Toyota when I traded my 2022 truck for a pristine used 2024 Tundra. Sales Consultant Jeff Rossiter was very welcoming and helpful, without applying any sales pressure. John in the finance department made the process seamless as well. Everyone I encountered was friendly and professional. I would absolutely recommend Diehl Toyota of Butler.

Decided to downsize from my Ram to a Camry. Found the car I wanted and went to see it. Walked to the lot and went into the showroom with no interaction which quite surprised me. I went back outside to look at another vehicle and on my way back in Jeff greeted me at the door. What i thought was going to be an awful car buying experience turned into just the opposite. He actually listened to me and how I wanted to handle the transaction. He was attentive and patient. I did buy that Camry for 2 reasons. One, it was the car I wanted but more importantly the experience was awesome and I wasn't expecting that to happen. Jeff is my new car guy for sure! If you are looking to buy go see Jeff at Diehl Toyota!

Had a wonderful experience buying our car! James was absolutely wonderful. He explained everything to us 100% clear and truthfully and is very kind and talk active (a quality that definitely made this process easier) we are absolutely in love with our new car. 10/10 experience and 10/10 people!!!
