Really disappointed with management here. Purchased a toyota several months ago that ended up having a leak in the coolant system that’s been going on long enough that the cat converter is damaged. Turns out it’s a common enough issue that Toyota issued a TSB on this exact problem for the exact model. Called Diehl to see what they could do for us about this, and have been transferred across 2 different departments and 5 different people. After having to re-explain the situation numerous times, I’m finally transferred to both management of services department and management of sales department. Whitney in services interrupted me mid-sentence to place me on a 15+ min hold only to then end the call. When I called back I was sent straight to voicemail. Never received a call back. After calling the mainline again, I was then sent to manager of sales. Dominic heard me out and offered free diagnostics. However, after having this diagnosed by my local mechanic and Diehl being a 2 hour drive away, I explained I needed some sort of confirmation that Diehl would assist with at least some of the repair costs before I paid to tow my car 2 hours away. Dominic stated that he understood and would be“looking into it”. Never received any sort of follow up. Called back and left a voicemail with no answer whatsoever. It’s quite clear that Diehl wont be offering assistance in any sort of timely manner and is forcing me to get serviced elsewhere as I need a working car ASAP. Incredibly disappointed in the communication here. Update after reading the review response: I completely understand the need to see the car before promising repairs. My review is related to the communication of this process. I was ghosted by multiple members of your staff, I was never scheduled an appt to get the car checked out, and was provided no guidance on next steps. I was even promised call backs that never happened. I would’ve never even heard an update if not for leaving this 1 star review. Regardless, I have already taken my car elsewhere to be serviced due to the lack of response from Diehl and recommend others do the same

Best car purchase experience I've ever had! Aladdin, my salesman, was very professional and accommodating. My car purchase was unique and he went above and beyond to ensure the process went smoothly start to finish! I rarely leave reviews for any purchase I make but one is definitely warranted in this case. I highly recommend Aladdin, and Diehl Toyota!

UPDATE TO RECENT Diehl Automotive Experience. I want to foremost thank Diehl management for reaching out to me, about my recent service experience. I know that when I was contacted the service manager and operations team cared about my time and that I get the service that everyone expects when they trust repairs to that dealer. Although no one company is perfect reaching out showed they care about me, and I am not another customer that showed up to get service performed and out the door you go. My previous review wasn't as Steller, but in being fair to Diehl they made it right with me and took care of me, it makes me happy and confident that I can trust them even more so and anyone reading this review can as well rely on their service and management team to help when possible. Again, thank you for your continued commitment to me and fellow customers Hats off to Diehl Dodge Team Managment also, Toyota Team management.

I arrived at the dealership ready to purchase a new Toyota Camry. I walked into the dealership and there was no one to be found. I then went to the lot to look around at the vehicles and still was not approached by any employee. I finally went back in and found a salesman. I presented to him what I wanted and that I had a trade. We could not come to a deal at that moment. A day later the salesman called me back and asked if I was ready to make a deal on the Tundra I looked at. I was severely unimpressed with the employees and customer service that I received. The salesman had no idea who or what he was even trying to sell too. I will take my business elsewhere.

Most dishonest dealer I’ve ever encountered. Salesman Khalid Aladdin gave me terrible offer for my trade and said they would send it to auction. 2 days later they had it listed on their lot for $7000 more than they gave me. They tried to force me to take the $1399 fabric and paint protection. Even after denying it repeatedly , the finance guy still tried to put it in saying payments would be the same because they reduced the car sales price. Needless to say they were not. $1200 extra that again I refused. The only reason I bought the car from them was because it was a hard to find model that was being discontinued. Buyer beware!!!

This was the best experience I have ever had buying a car. Greg Gallagher was so helpful and so patient while I made my decisions. Diehl Toyota was so welcoming overall! Every staff person I met was pleasant and respectful. I like that I didn’t get shuffled around. I was also pleasantly surprised and pleased with the trade in amount I got for my vehicles.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have purchased four vehicles from Deihl automotive over the last seven years. This past year has been the worst dealing with them. I had made a down payment on a vehicle that I was going to buy as I was waiting on the title. They sold the car out from underneath of me. I decided to come back and look at other jeeps at this time. Had also made a deal with the dealership. Told the salesman I would be back on Monday to come to find out the car was already sold and nobody contacted me. I understand someone else came in and was ready to buy right then. Would’ve been nice to have a salesman contact me and let me know. He sold the car after he had called me multiple days in a row with different offers. Benjamin was very cocky when speaking to customers. Continuously argued with a customer about how the year of a jeep does not matter for resell. Clearly, his opinions are the only ones that matter when speaking to him. I will never return to Diehl automotive. It is actually a shame the way the way this happened. I will never walk foot in another one of their dealerships again. I do not recommend it to anybody. I should also add I came back to this dealership after the second Jeep I bought there they damaged in their washbay and actually had to replace my jeep. Stay as far away as you can from the Diehl automotive, especially in Robinson

TAKES ADVANTAGE OF THE ELDERLY! My 73 year old mother purchased a vehicle from Diehl in Massillon, Ohio. This vehicle had a steering column replacement. The sales people said the vehicle was sound. She has driven it twice. The second time she drove it, the steering was making an awful grinding sound. I then drove it and checked the power steering fluid. It was empty. Since then, she has gotten the run around, took the vehicle back in to be looked at. Was told the steering column they installed was a faulty part. Has had the vehicle now for another week with no information. She went back in. Was treated with unacceptable rudeness by their GM, Chris. She is now at home not feeling well from the stress of this situation, thus I, her daughter, went in to discuss getting her money back for this UNSAFE VEHICLE she was sold. Even with repairs, this would still be an UNSAFE VEHICLE! I was told the matter couldn’t be discussed with me, as if it was a medical matter! After our brief interaction, the GM, CHRIS, walked out of the dealership leaving me inside to stew. My mother is saddened and upset. I am beyond livid! I have never come across a business that not only sells UNSAFE VEHICLES TO ANYONE, BUT THEN DISRESPECTS AN ELDERLY PERSON! Legally, with the Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act, she is 1000% entitled to her money back, but you would think that on a personal note, this business would simply APOLOGIZE FOR PUTTING HER IN A DANGEROUS SITUATION and refund her money immediately! BEWARE OF THESE DIEHL DEALERSHIPS! My mother was even told she wasn’t worthy of speaking to the owner. DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE!

Jesus has been very helpful in working with us to find the vehicle we wanted. We just placed our order and are eager to get our new Highlander Hybrid. Jesus is professional yet friendly, relaxed, and fun to talk with. He is low-pressure but always willing to help. He takes an interest in us. He is very thorough in his explanations and extremely patient as we ask many questions, some of them maybe more than once because there's lots to learn. He is very knowledgeable and uses his 20+ years of experience to make this a stress-free process. Alex was also helpful on a day when Jesus was not available.

I just want to start off by saying I came from out of state to buy a car and had the best experience ever at Diehl. It all started with my first phone call with Khalid Aladdin , our salesperson. He was professional, knowledgeable, honest , and provided fair pricing . I wasn’t able to see the car for a few weeks but that was not an issue and there were no pressure tactics to ‘ buy the car before it’s gone “. Khalid Aladdin only was interested in me buying the right car that met my needs . He only required I put a nominal refundable deposit when I was ready which was very fair. When I arrived at the dealer to purchase the car, K. Aladdin and Dave Dressing the manager were a pleasure to deal with. Dave reviewed the purchase agreement line by line to ensure no hidden costs . We came across some differences between state purchases and Dave resolved on the spot and I ended up having additional package features and less of a car payment than quoted. I will drive hours again in the future to buy a car from Khalid Aladdin as he’s the best salesperson and Dave the best manager I’ve ever worked with.This was the easiest car purchase and was out of state! ! Would Highly recommend buying a car from Khalid Aladdin at Diehl. Khalid , thank you so much for all you did to make things go well. You’re a true professional who cares about people and ensuring they know and like what they buy. You get a 10 out of 10 !

Very happy and pleased with our purchase of our 2019 Chevy Blazer! We walked in the lot needing a new car for our growing family. My previous car, a Ford Focus, just wasn’t cutting it. We asked to see cars within our budget and it was no issue. There was no pressure to spend more or judgment for our lower budget. Shout out to Jack Seibel for running his butt off grabbing different keys and when we made our purchase, making it quick and painless. Will definitely recommend Diehl to anyone looking for a new car!
