I had a great experience at Diehl Toyota. Aladdin was very professional and accommodating. His communication skills are exceptional and he is the reason I chose to purchase my car from Diehl instead of other dealers. I love my Grand Highlander and look forward to using Diehl for service and any future transactions.

We purchased our 10th car from Diehl Toyota in Butler. Jeff our sales consultant is amazing, that's why return each time back to him! The financial manager's got the paperwork done quickly and are so professional. I will be back for my 4th 4Runner next year. Service for all of our vehicles is just as awesome as the sales team! I had a great experience! Walked thru the doors, and met my salesman Luke, who was appointed to me…great young man, so respectful, resourceful, and intelligent! I told him what I wanted,, so we looked at a beauty of a caddy. Negotiated a great deal after a wonderful test drive. Finance manager Matt knew his stuff and got it done easily with a great rate! Excellent team and everyone there was friendly and helpful. Wish I could name some more folk!

My salesman Chris Lascuola was excellent. The finance manager was also excellent. Great dealership and so glad I chose them over the other Toyota dealers in the area. No bickering and everything was easy to understand and handled professionally. Now I have a gorgeous 2025 Tundra! Couldn't be happier!

I was greeted as soon as I set foot inside the showroom. Aladdin was a breath of fresh air. Not what you typically experience at dealerships. He had been very helpful on the prior day in our communications. Wonderful, genuine and welcoming. Enjoyed the test drive conversation and felt very comfortable. So grateful for this professional connection. I made an offer on 2 vehicles for my place of employment. Later that day he communicated the counter offer. It was fair and reasonable; thus he is selling both vehicles.

Best car purchase experience I've ever had! Aladdin, my salesman, was very professional and accommodating. My car purchase was unique and he went above and beyond to ensure the process went smoothly start to finish! I rarely leave reviews for any purchase I make but one is definitely warranted in this case. I highly recommend Aladdin, and Diehl Toyota!

UPDATE TO RECENT Diehl Automotive Experience. I want to foremost thank Diehl management for reaching out to me, about my recent service experience. I know that when I was contacted the service manager and operations team cared about my time and that I get the service that everyone expects when they trust repairs to that dealer. Although no one company is perfect reaching out showed they care about me, and I am not another customer that showed up to get service performed and out the door you go. My previous review wasn't as Steller, but in being fair to Diehl they made it right with me and took care of me, it makes me happy and confident that I can trust them even more so and anyone reading this review can as well rely on their service and management team to help when possible. Again, thank you for your continued commitment to me and fellow customers Hats off to Diehl Dodge Team Managment also, Toyota Team management.
