I have been looking for another car for months. I happened upon a used car that was at Diehl Auto, on Rt. 8, up in Butler. I called and luckily spoke with a young man named Alec Andrews. From that first phone call, and then through the whole process (of ultimately buying that little car) I did not feel like I was amongst predators. Instead, it felt like a fair and honest business transaction. I met some excellent sales and finance people that Saturday. First, I met a man named Jesus, that spent some time with me looking at the car, until Alec arrived. Jesus was "no pressure", and very helpful and accommodating. He answered my questions, was friendly and professional (even though he already had an appointment with another customer - I never felt like I "cramped him", when his customer showed up for their scheduled appointment). Next, Alec Andrews spent a lot of time explaining the process, answering my questions, and re-assuring some of my anxieties. [Alec stayed with me throughout the whole process as well - even though, he too had other customers that day.] I also had the pleasure to deal with Alec's boss Correy (Sales Manager, I think?). Correy and I negotiated prices, so that we both could feel good about the process, and ultimate agreement. Lastly, I received an enormous amount of help from the finance person, who also answered many questions, and was patient with me, as we signed all the paperwork. Overall, I would definitely recommend Diehl Auto Group to my friends and family (and will recommend them). I have dealt with auto dealers in the past, where I bought a car, but felt like I needed to take a shower after the transaction (like that I had slime on me, from some of the people that I had dealt with at the dealership that day). That was not the case at all while I was at Diehl Auto. I left feeling like I got an excellent deal, and that they were willing to work with me. I was very pleasantly surprised.

I had a great experience! Walked thru the doors, and met my salesman Luke, who was appointed to me…great young man, so respectful, resourceful, and intelligent! I told him what I wanted,, so we looked at a beauty of a caddy. Negotiated a great deal after a wonderful test drive. Finance manager Matt knew his stuff and got it done easily with a great rate! Excellent team and everyone there was friendly and helpful. Wish I could name some more folk!

My experience with this dealership is special and I am so grateful to have found them. I browsed online looking for a Toyota and was contacted by Aladdin, who went above and beyond seeking out the right car, the right payment, and the right timing. It was not an easy task, but he and the team worked until they got me into what I needed. I’m thankful for the amazing service and kindness, as well as my sturdy and efficient car. I recommend this place and these humans highly, particularly Aladdin. His kindness will renew your faith in humanity.

Alec Andrews was absolutely amazing to work with! We had a few issues to tackle while trying to find me a car and he was so helpful and went above and beyond the entire time. I was greeted as soon as I set foot inside the showroom. Aladdin was a breath of fresh air. Not what you typically experience at dealerships. He had been very helpful on the prior day in our communications. Wonderful, genuine and welcoming. Enjoyed the test drive conversation and felt very comfortable. So grateful for this professional connection. I made an offer on 2 vehicles for my place of employment. Later that day he communicated the counter offer. It was fair and reasonable; thus he is selling both vehicles.
