My experience at Diehl Toyota of Butler, PA was a great experience. The salesmen were very efficient and met all my needs in the purchase of a 2025 Rav 4 build. I would definitely recommend them.

Just bought a new hybrid Tacoma from Diehl. It was the easiest car purchase I’ve ever made. Dominick and (another salesman, whose name I forget, he wore hey dudes.) were incredible. They were motivated to make a sale, more than fair on trade in, and I got the vehicle I wanted. The finance guy was great as well. I can honestly say I’ve never had a good car buying experience until I went to Diehl. They were just genuine people, not your typical over the top car salesman.

My husband and I purchased a 2022 VW Taos from Diehl Toyota in Butler, PA. From beginning to end, I cannot say enough about Khalid Aladdin, our Sales Consultant. He introduced himself and immediately put us at ease. He answered every question we had, and offered to bring around to the front, any and all cars we wanted to see. After we drove two different vehicles, he started the process, making necessary phone calls for information we didn’t immediately have available. The finance person, I believe his name was Matthew, went over and above to get us the best rate and payment. Then Khalid walked us out to the car, went over all the bells, whistles, buttons, and lights with us until I ran out of questions. By now, it was past closing time, but he never once made us feel rushed. He was patient, friendly, and so helpful! We cannot thank him enough for such a wonderful experience we had at Diehl Toyota of Butler, and the next time we are car shopping, we will definitely be back!! We highly recommend Diehl Toyota and Khalid Aladdin!! Thank you so much!!!

Best car buying experience ever! Khalid was great to work with. Provided all the necessary info, answered every question, super accommodating with my schedule, patiently explained the workings of the controls and app. Truly a stress free experience.

I would recommend both Diehl dealership and Jay to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Jay was the best! He sold my wife and I our RAV 4 without high pressure or trying to push me into something I wasn't ready for or wanted. He worked to get me a fair trade in on my Jeep and a fair price on the Toyota I bought. The Manager was also very nice and his knowledge really helped in my decision. They met my must trade in value, reduced the price of the Toyota I was interested in and secured me a very good interest rate which brought less than my desired payment. My only suggestion to the dealership would please work on the people skills of your notary/insurance services guy as he nearly caused a completely different outcome. Again, thankfully Jay and the Manager took care of this less than happy experience.

well i was happy the way things were handled. i paid a little more than i wanted, but the vehicle is great. so all and all i am happy. JOHN SARACENO was not happy in regards to two things i was promised and never received. i asked for mud flaps and valve stem caps was told i would receive in the mail. never received was told it was lost in the mail. well that was fine but they never offered to replace what i did not receive. sorry but hard for me to believe that it was ever ordered in the first place...

My purchase was for a used vehicle, a Toyota Highlander. The sales process was great. Dealer prep/cleaning before delivery was sub par. I left repeated messages regarding that, with zero response. Once I left the premises, I was nobody. This was after driving 4.5hrs round trip to do business with them.....
